EVENTS WILL GENERATE 700 HOTEL ROOM NIGHTS AND MORE THAN $1 MILLION IN DELEGATE SPENDING FOR ATLANTIC CITY

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Monday, September 28, 2015) From medical to travel professionals, the week of September 28 will be a busy one at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The facility will welcome more than 800 attendees over the course of two events in the next four days.

Local Atlantic City businesses are expected to greatly benefit from this week’s activity at the convention center. The estimated delegate spending is expected to reach more than $1 million. In addition, more than 700 hotel rooms have been contracted by convention center visitors throughout the week.

Included among this week’s events is the 13th Annual 2015 Advanced Emergency and Acute Care Medicine Conference, which will take place from September 29 through October 2 and will host more than 200 medical professionals. Nationally-recognized lecturers will provide a wide variety of courses on the latest treatments on key disease states, coupled with the latest advances in technology.

Also, taking place on September 29 will be the 2015 Agent@Home Travel Summit. This event is the industry’s premier educational event for travel entrepreneurs, home based agents, travel consultants and advisors, which will welcome more than 500 attendees. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to market their business and gain the competitive edge they need to sell more travel and stay relevant in today’s ever changing travel marketplace.
