Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located in the atrium lobby of the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Copiers Plus Business Center
Located on the first floor Atrium of the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Business Center offers a variety of services and products for meeting and convention attendees.

Wi-Fi
SmartCity is the provider for high-speed internet at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Free guest Wi-Fi is available in buildings atrium and pre-function spaces. SmartCity is the nation’s largest provider of event telecommunications and technology in the convention industry. Smart City Networks designs, installs and maintains data, voice, electrical and utility platforms, coupled with voice, video and data network engineering, security, and monitoring.

Coat Check
Depending on show management, coat check is available to attendees.
There are 1,000 parking spaces on the first level of the Center (Garage height 7') for attendees and exhibitors. In addition, numerous public lots and garages are within walking distance of the Center. Please see appendix for a map showing ancillary parking areas. Parking at the Convention Center is a flat rate of $20.00.
Don’t leave home without knowing where you’re going to park. Reserve your parking ahead of time for every event at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Drive directly to the lot and have a guaranteed spot waiting for you. Covered Loading Docks
Located at the rear of the building 29 lading docks with 4 truck entrances make loading and unloading quick and efficient. Perfectly designed to crate storage the loading docks provide easy access to all the exhibit halls.
Public Safety
We are always working to assure safety of all who visit and work in our facilities, OVG 360, in cooperation with State and local law enforcement and Federal Homeland Security, reviewed our safety plans and emergency response plans. A NJ Office of Homeland Security Assessment has been completed that assisted in reviewing all security and emergency plans with local, law enforcement, key stakeholders, and staff. We have taken certain measures and reviewed procedures to increase security and safety for both employees and guests of the Atlantic City Convention Center.
First Aid & Security
The safety of attendees is the number one concern of the Atlantic City Convention Center. For your safety and security, the Convention Center is now under new management with an EMT service from Absecon, New Jersey and our new security management, Abatis.
Guest Services Information Desk
The Atlantic City Convention Center in partnership with the Atlantic City Convention Visitors Bureau (Visit Atlantic City) maintains an on-site Guest Services Information Desk with representatives staffed to answer any questions you may have regarding the Atlantic City Convention Center and the historic city. The guest service is located in middle of the atrium lobby during regular business hours.
