Business Center

The Business Center is located on the first floor Atrium of the Atlantic City Convention Center. The upscale Business Center offers a variety of services and products for meeting and convention attendees as well as for the general public, including packaging and shipping, a full document services department, meeting needs and office supplies. There is also a complete technology and graphics design department. Other services include Internet access stations, copier and fax machine rentals, courier service, motorized wheelchair rentals, pick up and delivery and free parking in the Convention Center garage near the entrance of the business center. The UPS Business Center can also stock special or advance orders upon request.

Available in public spaces via Smart City.

Coat Check

Depending on show management, coat check is available to attendees.

First Aid & Security

The safety of attendees is the number one concern of the Atlantic City Convention Center. For your safety and security, the Convention Center is now under new management with an EMT service from Absecon, New Jersey and our new security management, Abatis.

Guest Services Information Desk

The Atlantic City Convention Center in partnership with the Atlantic City Convention Visitors Bureau (Visit Atlantic City) maintains an on-site Guest Services Information Desk with representatives staffed to answer any questions you may have regarding the Atlantic City Convention Center and the historic city.  The guest service is located in middle of the atrium lobby during regular business hours.

ATM's

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located in the atrium lobby of the Atlantic City Convention Center

Parking

There are 1,000 parking spaces on the first level of the Center (Garage height 7') for attendees and exhibitors. In addition, numerous public lots and garages are within walking distance of the Center. Please see appendix for a map showing ancillary parking areas. Due to fire code restrictions, parking on loading docks, ramps or on the exhibit floor is not allowed. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owners' expense.

Parking at the Convention Center is a flat rate of $15.00.
